Position:

As the Partnerships Manager at easyfundraising, you’ll be central to our mission of generating more support for good causes. Reporting to the COO, you’ll join our partnerships team, responsible for 60% of our charity and good cause acquisitions. You'll play a key role in finding new partners and nurturing existing relationships.

You’ll manage over 25 existing partners in the sport and physical activity market. This role combines sales, marketing, and account management, so we’re looking for someone with client-facing experience, strong sales skills, and ideally some digital sector experience. Sports sector experience is a plus but not essential.

You’ll work closely with our operational, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth partnership operations from sign-up to ongoing engagement. You’ll maintain our database and share performance updates with partners and internal teams, keeping everyone informed and ensuring our partnerships have a positive experience and impact.

This is a full time, permanent role based out of our Lichfield office with two days working in the office and three days working from home.

The salary range is £40,000 - £45,000 based on experience 20% bonus paid quarterly

  • Manage existing and new partners to hit acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Understand and drive relationships forward profitably; creating engaging design initiatives and campaigns for partners to increase user acquisition and shoppers via easyfundrasing.
  • Work closely with the marketing, customer operations and product teams to ensure smooth partnership operations and develop solutions and insights for sector growth.
  • Develop and lead a sector strategy to drive increased penetration of easyfundraising's fundraising services.
  • Stay updated on local and national trends to meet customer needs effectively. Also, lead the way in improving IT solutions for our partnerships team, focusing on digital innovation, system development, and AI to make our processes smoother.
