Graduate Associate - Enterprise Software

Hitachi Energy seeks to provide a sustainable suture for all and through our graduate program we seek to develop new talent within our organisation that allows us to grow this mission.

Our graduate scheme which gives you an insight into a range of different business areas, whilst strengthening your professional skills through modules and projects across all our business units.

We operate 3 distinct business units and as a member of our graduate scheme you will work in all three of these units learning the different business skills These units are Customer Experience, Consulting Services and Energy Trading.

Our Graduate Programme Will Benefit In The Following Ways

• Receive a tailored plan with clear goals, feedback and formal mentoring from a Managing Practice lead.
• Undertake three 8 month rotations in different disciplines across the business
• Attend all Group Development modules and Functional Meetings across the entire Hitachi Energy Business.
• Contribute to continuous business growth by taking on projects as agreed with your mentor
• Contribute towards Corporate Responsibility goals by driving volunteer projects in the local area, including conferences and our chosen partner Founders4Schools
• Give continuous and constructive feedback on the Graduate Programme and act as a buddy to new graduates when appropriate.

Who We Are Looking For

• A true and exciting interest in the world of energy and sustainability.
• Minimum 2:2 degree, or equivalent; ideally in a related subject. If you don't have a related degree you'll need to demonstrate a passion for the industry and outline your transferable skills
• Attitude is the most important. We are looking for people who can take ownership of projects, build effective working relationships, and have energy and enthusiasm to deliver goals and successes
