The Position

AGS has unrivalled commission scheme, paying up to 60% of fee on commission to top performing Consultants. We run numerous monthly, quarterly, and yearly incentives which include Michelin Star restaurants and team activities such as go-karting and paintballing. Our quarterly incentives have included all-expense paid for trips to Ibiza, Miami and Las Vegas. Our Q1 2024 incentive was a ski trip to Les 3 Vallees!
