Recruitment is a tricky industry at times! Would love to tell the whole company to not come in on Monday after the run we’ve had in the Euros. However, out UK business / team may not be so affected but our US clients and candidates probably don’t care so much 🤣 Would it be fair to let the UK team have the day off whilst asking our US team to come in? Probably not. Solution - let them all manage a hangover and come in around midday! All little bit of give without upsetting the balance.
