CHANGING FACE OF A BUSINESS ENTERPRISE For one of our businesses @35Degreescs, about two months ago precise July 2024, we ended a financial and business year and commenced a new financial year in August, which marked our 14th year in the industry. We have experienced a mega shift from the primary services we started with, to other related services that has brought in great benefits. one of such is an enlargement capacity for sustainability. In view of our celebration in August, we arrived at calling this yearly celebration the Founder’s Day celebration. I have truly seen the changing face of a business enterprise, change from a former general corporate logo to a more precise brand identity, from just laundry and dry cleaning to Pest management and then to Post Construction cleaning services/Janitorial Services and we move on to Rug washing and Restoration. We have moved from practical use of manual process to use of several equipment in the cleaning industry and process. We have emerged from the unstable and the inconsistencies of unfaithful and unreasonable men to the more reliable and certainty of consistent souls. In all of this, we are have now become that instrument of covering for some individuals and family who are staff or employees of our dear company, those who have benefited from our services by way of all forms of patronages - suppliers and buyers. For me nothing is as fulfilling as that ability to pay salaries, pay vendors and suppliers and all and sundry and sometimes leaving me with almost nothing to take home but sincerely we are far from where we use to be. #change #entreleadership #enterprise #businessdevelopment

I was delighted to have been invited onto BBC's Morning Live to discuss the growing anger and frustration of holidaymakers, those flying to visit family & friends, business travellers and private hire drivers in regard to the fees and fines being charged by UK airports such as Heathrow London Gatwick Bristol Airport Manchester Airport London Luton Airport Glasgow Airport London Stansted Airport Leeds Bradford Airport and many others around the UK for simply being dropped at the doors of their airport. The BTA will continue to co-ordinate all efforts to have UK airports match their counterparts across the globe in offering drop off for free at the airport doors in the Kiss & Fly zone and not at a long stay car park a bus ride away. The issue is clearly is important and being noticed as we have MPs supporting this campaign for the removal of these unfair fees. We will continue to ask for their help in having government looking into these fees and help us move UK airports back in line with airports around the globe. I have also had over 100,000 interaction's to a previous post on this subject with hundreds of comments agreeing with the campaign with most stating their dislike of these fees and many stating that the believe this charges are simply another tax and another demonstration of "Rip off Britain". The momentum is growing on this. Well said Kate Nicholls OBE 👏 For the hospitality sector to thrive we need fairness on business rates - bricks & mortar has carried the weight for far too long. Nothing more, nothing less, just fair and balanced that’s all we ask. One third of all business rates on top of being one of the most highly taxed sectors in Europe is adding more pressure than ever to our beleaguered sector. Of course hospitality will continue to endure, evolve and survive but to stimulate real, sustained growth the UK government must provide a long-term roadmap. A fair approach to business rates with true reform would accelerate the sector, almost immediately. After a positive year, in terms of the growth in overall business values, we have highlighted a selection of big winners and losers in value gained or lost across the UK. With the travel industry still resurgent following covid in 2020, it is unsurprising that tour operators are seeing significant increases in business values.
