You're dealing with conflicts among Account Managers. How can you find the best resolution strategies?
An important factor in my exerpience of dealing with people, is understanding the individual if possible. What one person may brush off as insignificant, another may feel is extremely serious. Empathy is massive when dealing with conflict and being able to genuinely put yourself in another's shoes is a very hard art to master. I find that reflecting, away from work, on all of the information gathered often allows me to see the wider picture. Don't rush to come to a resolution as often the quickest fix isn't the permanent fix. Before I had kids, I didn't appreciate the flexibility afforded to parents, over employees without kids. As a manager, this changed and I forced myself to understand why parental policies were in place.
