As we head into our next sprint, we have been reflecting on various conversations and workshops held during the ‘Elder’ Changemaker Fund co-design week and five themes/dimensions kept resurfacing: Finance: What does the process for allocating support and the support itself need to look and feel like? Legacy: How might the work of this person continue beyond their direct involvement? Narratives: How can we support changemakers to collect and document their stories, work, and experience? What would this mean for them? Care: What might rest, care and recovery look like for this group?  Language: What is the framing of the fund? How do we define ‘Elder’? We’re going to be holding onto each of these and exploring ways to design in response to each of them.
