I instantly warmed to him as soon as we met and lured him away from the Kitchen where he was a chef at the time. Richard left Hays to join a Hays client actually, another account that I happily handed over and although I was no longer his manager at this point, I was sad to see that he was no longer in the offices I so often worked from.
