A scaling venture from overseas that later became one of our clients invested heavily in trips and meetings to showcase their groundbreaking IoT solutions, but struggled to obtain the right market entry support that would make the real difference. Another company was unable to convert interest into pilots or sales despite regular exhibitions at major expos.
