Instead make the intention instead, work with a flow and don't beat yourself if you dont. - you got to be adaptive - yes have routine - learn to say no - I personally give myself Wednesday off so I can work with no disturbance or do tasks that need my full creative attention - you are your boss so your choice if you stick mon-fri or where you allocate our weekend to - enjoy the journey and remind yourself why you chose this

In the fast phased private and work lives, considered interiors have never been more important. You'd might think irrelevant in this article. Quite the contrary.
