How can stress be used to boost creativity?
Adaptability intelligence (AQ) plays a big role in managing stress. AQ equips us with the ability to approach challenges from many angles, fostering creativity. When faced with stress at work, this flexibility in thinking helps in identifying effective strategies to mitigate stress, rather than feeling overwhelm. High AQ's tend to have better control over their emotions. They navigate through stressful situations without letting emotions cloud judgment, which is crucial in maintaining a calm & productive work environment. Adaptability fosters open-mindedness & empathy, improving communication skills. In stressful work scenarios, being able to communicate effectively can alleviate misunderstandings & conflict, reducing stress for everyone.
