**EHRC publishes new guidance for employers on supporting disabled workers with hybrid working** The Equality and Human Rights Commission has published additional guidance for employers that is aimed at managers and leaders who are supporting disabled workers who work in a hybrid manner. The guidance provides practical tips, conversation prompts, questions and case study examples and therefore is intended to be an easily accessible piece of practical guidance. In particular, it considers how to identify when a worker or job applicant may need an adjustment, as well as how to identify barriers to effective hybrid working and ascertain the most appropriate adjustments. It also discusses implementation and review of any arrangements agreed, and gives general advice on how an employer can make the working environment more inclusive and accessible for disabled workers. It goes on to set out ways in which employers can have conversations with a worker about their health and potential adjustments, and gives examples of appropriate questions to ask. It also sets out case studies highlighting examples of how an employer might allow a reasonable adjustment to prevent a barrier to hybrid working for disabled workers. #disability #equalityact #reasonableadjustments #guidance #equality #ehrc
