We wanted to create the ultimate personal development programme that has a permanent and lasting impact on peoples lives. Well we've got that and after, what was such an impactful and powerful personal experience we want to see if we can make our development programme even more impactful and life changing. As a "beta" programme we'd like to invite up to 10 people that sign up and complete our online personal development programme to join us on a camino trail, each day working through their study material, thoughts and ideas in person with like minded people and their coach. At the end of your camino you'll have your roles and goals clearly identified (you may be already on your way to completing them), your awareness levels will be elevated and your thinking processes all in sequence and aligned with natural laws. Walking and being in nature is a powerful antidote and agent for change in itself and doing so as part of a like minded group sharing quality time with no distractions could be the best decision you ever make. We believe that it will. Travel and all expenses are at your cost however no coaching fees and any additional materials supplied will be included in your registration. You'll be walking alone but not by yourself! Many people that walk a camino, talk of a life changing experience (including non-faith and multi-faith) so you can imagine just how powerful it could be purposely working on your thinking and personal goals whilst moving your body.

Entrepreneurship is a journey of growth and transformation. My mentor Paul McFadden often says, "Entrepreneurship is a process of becoming." Last week, I revisited his Property Protegy Programme after 11 months, feeling a mix of emotions as I walked through the familiar doors. There's no doubt that we're experiencing a wave of optimism in South Africa and that's exactly why I think we're at a vital crossroad. I am a fan of celebrating small victories and I've tried my best to take in all the positivity over the last few weeks, but I think it's so important that we use the current momentum to strike while the iron is hot. If you think about it, South Africa's future improvement and growth won't really come from government. They do play an important role in setting how easy or difficult the environment is that we operate in, but in the end, economic and employment growth comes down to the actions of millions of South Africans like you and I. Maybe I'm overstating the obvious but I felt it important to remind you that we all have a lot of work to do. We've had uninterrupted supply of electricity for over 160 days, the political landscape seems to be more stable and less antagonistic toward business, and there's a shift in public sentiment for the time being. The rand has strengthened against all major currencies recently, petrol price has come down, and we're expecting a interest rate cut. When you put all of this together, these conditions are begging for all of us to stand up and be part of moving the country forward. There's a lot of good happening right now but there's so much work to be done. We've built up an incredible resilience in the last two decades as a result of operating under some pretty harsh conditions, so it's lekker to finally feel like things are turning, but it's also so important to make hay while the sun is shining. I love this country so much. I think you do too. There is no better time for us to turn things around. Let's celebrate the winds of change but let us also get back to work.
