I’ve posted about this before, but want to give it another push. Obviously, communication is vital for all organisation. Communication with customers, and communication within the business between teams. My friend Alastair Greener is analysing communication styles and preferences, and his report will be available for download from his website (https://lnkd.in/ex-hYi89) from 1st Nov 2024. This should help every business to communicate better. But of course, he needs data.
