Staff shortages. Employee turnover. High vacancy rates. Nearly 90% of healthcare managers report problems finding skilled employees. And each year, we see a rise in trends that affect healthcare staffing. But by adopting these trends… Healthcare organisations can better attract & keep the ideal candidates. Here are 3 trends shaping the future of healthcare recruitment ⤵️ 1️⃣ Flexible staffing models. Healthcare workers burning out at alarming rates. Employees need more support. Starting with flexibility & work-life balance. 2️⃣ Diversity & inclusion will become more of a priority. Diverse healthcare teams lead to better patient outcomes. More healthcare organisations will focus on building a workforce that mirrors the diverse communities they serve. 3️⃣ Larger focus on soft skills. With AI & technology taking over more routine tasks, soft skills are becoming more crucial. Skills such as: - Communication. - Teamwork. - Empathy. Are becoming of more value to healthcare employers. As they are crucial for delivering patient-centred care. Your healthcare organisation’s success depends on your ability to adapt to changes in the sector. And staying informed & prepared is the best way to do that. What trend would you add? 👇🏻

As much as I wish I could help everyone, I can't 😩 I've seen an influx in people contacting me for TA, Internal and 180 positions and being completely honest. I have none. My clients are all fantastic companies with excellent opportunities and benefits available, however, they need what they need, and right now, that's people who want to sell and support the business to move forward. I have extremely hot desks available with minimal BD required. I have warm desks where you'll get inbound business and some existing accounts where a certain amount of business development will be required. I have opportunities to start a desk up yourself within an existing established business. I also have a client who's looking for someone to come in and pick up an overflow of work. Start building from day 1 in your niche without touching your existing clients during your 6 month non compete and still be extremely successful. People always ask me... What's the salary? What are the benefits? What does the progression plan look like? The truth is... I can help you if you're prepared to graft and you're open to 360 recruitment. Just tell me what you want. I instruct my client based on YOUR expectations. If they can meet or exceed that, they'll meet you. One size never fits all and flexibility is key. One thing we'll never do is waste your time. If we can't help or can't offer you what you're looking for, we wish you the best of luck and let you get on with it. DM if somethings missing in your current role and you have boxes that need ticking ✅️ #careers #hiring #360recruitment

Interview Tips :- Please DON'T... ❌ Bad mouth your previous employer, previous colleagues or previous boss. If you have nothing nice to say... ❌ Lie about your figures, achievements and jobs on your CV. The truth always comes out and we all know where we have worked, for how long and what we have billed. ❌ Swear, repeatedly demonstrating your knowledge of the alphabet with a number of different profanities. ❌ Text your recruiter cancelling the meeting saying you've got a sickness bug, forgetting that you follow each other on instagram and she can see the post you have just put up with your mates drinking in front of the cricket. And finally, still my favorite ❌ Turn up to your Teams interview in a face mask, even if it is your birthday and you're prepping and pampering for your night out. Yep, all real life examples of some top notch interview etiquette! What would you like to add? For more follow DRK Consultancy (Recruitment Agency) #drkconsultancy #interview #career #tips #guide

How to choose which Recruitment Agency to work with.... Here are some of the things to think about when selecting the right Recruitment Agency for you: - Are they a specialist in the niche you are hiring for? - How long have they been hiring in that niche? - Do they have a proven track record of helping companies like yours? - Can they provide credible testimonials? - What kind of content do they share on Social Media? - What vacancies do they advertise and how are their adverts written? Please reach out if you need any further advice on this topic! Brand Partners Ulli Brand #Recruitment #Hiring #Recruiting #OnlineMarketing #PerformanceMarketing

Recruitment is a tricky industry at times! Would love to tell the whole company to not come in on Monday after the run we’ve had in the Euros. However, out UK business / team may not be so affected but our US clients and candidates probably don’t care so much 🤣 Would it be fair to let the UK team have the day off whilst asking our US team to come in? Probably not. Solution - let them all manage a hangover and come in around midday! All little bit of give without upsetting the balance. Do think that’s a fair solution? #football #recruitment #sales
