At Cube3, we partnered IGT Gaming to tackle a significant challenge in their operations. At Cube3, we partnered IGT Gaming to tackle a significant challenge in their operations. IGT Gaming was facing inefficiencies in managing game assets, resulting in fragmented processes and delays in delivering assets to customers. Recognizing the need for improvement, IGT Gaming sought to create a new game asset management platform named 'Casino Lounge'. The goal was to seamlessly connect customers with a variety of in-game assets, such as characters and sound effects, to enhance user experience and drive game adoption.
Our solution involved building the Casino Lounge platform from the ground up, focusing on delivering an intuitive user experience for both internal teams and customers. Key features of the platform included a centralized asset repository for easy access and management, an intuitive user interface designed for effortless browsing and selection of assets, and customization options to tailor assets to specific requirements. Additionally, robust version control mechanisms ensured customers always had access to the latest versions of assets, while analytics and reporting capabilities provided valuable insights to optimize offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
The results were transformative. Casino Lounge streamlined asset management processes for IGT Gaming, significantly reducing time and effort required to deliver assets to customers. The user-friendly interface led to enhanced customer experience, resulting in higher satisfaction and engagement. Most importantly, the platform contributed to increased game adoption and revenue growth, earning positive feedback from customers for its simplicity, functionality, and effectiveness in managing game assets. -
