Here's how you can strengthen your relationships with colleagues and clients using feedback.
Sometimes it’s easy to think that you need to shield some information from clients and not invite feedback to protect the perfect image of your company and maintain a positive relationship but more often than not that policy comes unstuck. Things go wrong, deadlines need to be pushed, life happens and nothing is perfect. It’s always best to keep an open, honest dialogue with clients so they have full context of what’s going on, rather than feeling out of the loop - you might think they can’t, but they can tell easily if you’re keeping them at arms length. They’ll respect the transparency and its build trust for the long term.
