Here I studied, among other relevant sujects, Materials Science and Chemistry, Classical Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Calculus and Algebra, Computer Simulation (Matlab), Thermodynamics. During this time I registered a patent co-authored by other academic staff. (RQF Level 7 qualification in UK) This Postgraduate provides students with first-hand knowledge about the theoretical and practical aspects of developing and managing a Real Estate investment, and brings students in contact with experts in the sector. Here I had the opportunity to study such disciplines as Urban Economics and Urban Planning, Accounting and Taxation in Real Estate, Law in Real Estate, Real Estate Investments, Real Estate Appraisal Methods, Facilities Management and Operations Management, among others. Upon completion, students are allowed a CMVM certification as Appraisal Experts, and the ECTS that are granted are recognized by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) in certification courses. It comprised of: Status and Deontology; Civil Code and Authorship Rights; Territory Management and Urbanism; General Legal Framing of Building; Universal Design and Accessibilities; Energetic Performance of Buildings; Honorary Proposal; Safety at Yard. Total 26 hours.

This is a complimentary course promoted by the national architects association, "Ordem dos Arquitectos". It comprised of: Construction and demolishing residue management. Total 8 hours.
