How can you build a team that works with stakeholders resistant to change?
Sometimes the fear of change for a team is seen through the lense of “change = more work”. There needs to be clarity in the communication from the leadership proposing the change. If a small period of adjustment is required to bring efficiency for the benefit of the individual team members, make that clear.
