Electric mobility is transforming last-mile delivery in the European FMCG sector—as regulatory pressures and the need for greater transparency in the supply chain primarily seem to be driving these measures. Large FMCG companies are now integrating electric vehicles into their distribution as robust charging infrastructure and advanced battery technology facilitate this shift. As consumer demand for eco-friendly practices grows, FMCG companies prioritise green logistics, leading to new distribution models and substantial benefits, writes Anirudh Nair, inspecting how electric vehicles are poised to become the standard in supply chain logistics in the FMCG business as technology improves, infrastructure expands, and adoption increases. About us
Xynteo is a unique organisation of exceptional people brought together with the purpose of reinventing growth. We help businesses tackle global societal and environmental challenges that are too big, too expensive, and too complex to tackle alone. We believe that business is a force for good when leaders think long term, work with, not against nature, and use their influence and resources for the many, not the few. For us, this is good growth. We work with some of the world’s largest businesses, helping leaders and their organisations in three ways. To shape cultures and organisations to think and act differently; to create innovative, regenerative business models to compete and grow in new ways; and to embrace radical cross-sector, cross-border collaboration to tackle system challenges.

#EnergyLeap is proud to present our first cohort of start-ups! We are delighted to announce that Grassroots Energy is part of our inaugural cohort of high-potential start-ups to help accelerate the growth of versatile, clean hydrogen in India and around the world. Grassroots Energy, founded by Mateen Abdul, Firas Ahmad and Dr. Shyamali Sarma in Bengaluru, is a bioenergy start-up that offers reliable and cost-effective clean fuels such as biogas, biomethane, bio-hydrogen and carbon capture. The team has developed a disruptive, modular hydrogen generation via fermentation from diverse organic residues, and its goal is to produce hydrogen at $1/kg by 2028. Their circular economy hydrogen model has zero residue from the operations. We look forward to all of their amazing work! To accelerate your work in clean hydrogen tech, contact Energy Leap. Transitioning your business from a linear to a circular business model can seem complex and challenging, but it doesn’t have to be. Making this transition can mean balancing the demands, expectations, and needs of emerging consumer demand, prioritising the range of potential interventions, and the inherent need for a step change in how you collaborate with your entire value chain. Such complexity can feel overwhelming for an organisation. At Xynteo, we understand that the transition to commercially competitive circular business models can be complex. As we build value chains that are more resilient, regenerative and resource-efficient, the opportunity for positive planetary and social impact is vast. Learn more about how we provide a tailored service that meets your organisation, employees, supply chain partners and customers where they are on your collective circularity journey —> https://lnkd.in/g3NcU8qD #CircularEconomy #CircularBusinessModels #NetZero #GoodGrowth

India is home to premier institutions and organisations with proficiency in electrochemistry, fuel cells, electrolysers, renewable energy, bio-technology and related disciplines pertinent to the clean hydrogen domain. In fact, there is a small group of innovators relentlessly working towards developing technologies across the clean hydrogen value chain with visible commercialisation pathways. However, the larger landscape of clean hydrogen technologies in the country appears sparse and inadequate, signalling an opportunity for technology development and investment. And therefore, writes Vipul Kumar, Senior Partner, Xynteo, there is a dire need to double down on a strong trust-based network of industry, start-ups, investors, academia and other stakeholders to kickstart product commercialisation and accelerate the path to market. Now, read his views in Dainik Bhaskar Hindi (दैनिक भास्कर हिंदी) and YourStory Hindi --> https://lnkd.in/gYN2f7NT To accelerate your work in clean hydrogen tech, contact #EnergyLeap. The heavy industry sector has played a crucial role in facilitating India’s emergence as one of the world’s fastest-growing economies, having already made substantial contributions to the socio-economic development and urbanisation of India. With the country now the second largest producer and consumer of steel, the sector is responsible for 2.5% of India’s GDP and the employment of 2.5 million people directly and indirectly - but also substantial greenhouse gas emissions. As India’s economy expands and urbanisation increases, the demand for steel, cement and chemical products is expected to remain strong, driven by both domestic consumption and exports. In fact, by 2050, the annual steel demand is projected to reach 489 million tonnes, resulting in the addition of approximately 500 million tonnes of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, writes Suman Jagdev, Partner, Xynteo, in Construction Week India, postulating that there are several decarbonisation pathways to help optimise energy use and adopt efficient technologies that can significantly reduce emissions while improving operational efficiency. Read Xynteo’s latest report here —> https://lnkd.in/gm5pu3aC And find out: 1. Why addressing these emissions is essential for reducing the overall carbon footprint 2. The decarbonisation pathways available to government and business 3. Challenges to the adoption of decarbonisation solutions and mitigations #Vikaasa #Decarbonisation #NetZero #GoodGrowth

In today’s market, if you're a company trying to single-handedly transform your value chain and reshape consumer mindsets, you will be looking at stratospheric costs and resource constraints. But with consumers, investors, and regulators all demanding authentic corporate responsibility and sustainable practices, the landscape of future-proofing business success is revealing a new truth: collaboration, not isolation, is the real catalyst for transformative change. While being a first-mover has its appeal in places, companies seeking lasting, transformational impact must abandon a ruthless focus on this, writes Eleanor Besley-Gould, Director, Xynteo, in Maddyness UK. #Collaboration #GoodGrowth #ESG #ValueChains #Innovation
⭐🤝 "The smartest #pioneers are recognising that they are dependent on a vast, interconnected web of #partners across entire #valuechains" Eleanor Besley-Gould, Director of Xynteo, explains why first-movers must unleash the power of #collaborative #innovation. https://lnkd.in/eMTjxk8x
