Wrightfield Pools

In case you missed it: Sealanes Brighton was officially opened (to national media acclaim!) at the start of the month. This was a large and challenging project for Wrightfield pools, but the team showed what can be achieved through hard work and commitment to the cause. Design work for the project began way back in August 2021. Beginning with a design brief from the client, our design team were able to bring a vision to life. The pool design is entirely bespoke to ensure the pool fits in with the theme of the developments surrounding it. It was this innovative and intricate design work which laid the foundations for a highly impressive project which has completely transformed what was a derelict area of Brighton seafront. Designed, fabricated, and installed by the Wrightfield pools team, this project was an opportunity to showcase the abilities of the Wrightfield pools team in all areas. The finished product speaks volumes for the quality of the work carried out by our committed and dedicated team members. So much more in place now. Dan is seen here welding the stainless steel panels to the frame. Some of the other non-structural components have also been fitted for this hydrotherapy pool. A 25-metre multi-function pool with 6 lanes. The customer required two lanes with a permanent depth of 2 metres and four lanes with a moveable floor and submersible boom. The pool is designed to accommodate every activity, from leisure swimming to intense training. The moveable floor can be adjusted from 2 metres down to 1 metre, making it versatile for all of their classes and also for club bookings. #movingpoolfloors #submersiblepoolbulkhead #moveablepoolfloor

This state-of-the-art 25-meter swimming pool features 8 lanes, with a 2-meter deep end and a moveable floor that adjusts the shallow end to 1 meter. We also installed a submersible boom, offering ultimate flexibility for various activities. #movingpoolfloor #submersibleboom
