Roughly half of employees don't feel that indoor air quality at their workplace is meeting their expectations 😱 📈 That's according to research from workplace product manufacturer Fellowes Brands. The 2024 Annual International Day of Clean Air Survey gathered responses from 1,994 adults across six major countries, including the U.S., U.K., Canada, France, Italy, and Germany. This research sheds light on how workers perceive IAQ and the measures they expect from their employers to ensure a healthier, cleaner work environment. According to a recent poll by talent solutions firm Robert Walters, a growing discontent among UK professionals is challenging the traditional 40-hour workweek, with 76% stating it no longer suits their needs. “The conventional 40-hour workweek, which has been a staple for decades, is now facing an uncertain future. Employers must recognize and address these concerns to retain and engage their workforce,” says Lucy Bisset, Director of Robert Walters North.
