About us
We are Women in DevOps, a global community on a mission to close the DevOps gender gap and inspire the future leaders of the tech world. Having started life as a small offline network in 2017, we've since evolved into a worldwide initiative aimed at connecting and empowering individuals in both DevOps and the broader tech industry. As a certified B Corp, we're proud to stand alongside a network of organisations dedicated to putting people and the planet before profit. Through the lens of intersectionality, we use our platform to amplify the voices of women and all underrepresented groups within DevOps and Engineering. We advocate for gender equity, breaking down barriers, and promoting change across the wider world of tech. We've got big plans for the year ahead, including our entry into the train-and-deploy landscape, where prioritising skills over experience takes precedence, a much-needed paradigm shift in the race to close DevOps skills gaps. Through our inclusive events programme, we’ve had the privilege of hosting hundreds of incredible tech professionals over the years. From panel discussions and employability workshops to personal brand training and CV/Resume advice –why not come along to experience the community first-hand? Women in DevOps is a supportive space to share ideas, make meaningful connections, and uncover access to career opportunities. Find out more about our latest events here: https://www.trinnovogroup.com/women-in-devops We are part of Trinnovo Group, a community-led recruitment and advisory business on a mission to build diversity, create inclusion, and encourage workplace innovation.

Special mention to our fabulous thought leader, Víctor Moreno Alhambra 🏳️🌈! 🌟 👏 Victor is the Head of Engineering at HER App, combining his tech expertise with a commitment to social justice. Aware of his privilege in the tech industry, he actively promotes policies for genuine equality. As a queer leader, Victor also contributes to the London Bisexual Network, aiming to reduce discrimination. His vision extends beyond his role, as he uses his position to advocate for those underrepresented in tech.
