About us
Join WISE to become part of a powerful network of organisations and access resources to help attract, support and progress more women. We know and can prove the strength of the business case for increased inclusion, and we can help you achieve that. It is why so many varied organisations are working with WISE to maximise women’s contribution at all levels. With over 30-years’ experience working in partnership with Science, Technology and Engineering (STEM) organisations to increase the number of women at all levels, we understand the challenges you face and provide practical programmes and tools with proven positive results on gender balance, which has been shown to drive increased productivity, morale, and profitability. WISE understands that there is still more to do if we are to become truly representative of the society we live in. Evidence shows diversity of background, as well as gender, brings different ideas and inspires change and innovation. We can work with any organisation with roles for science, technology or engineering. We tailor solutions to meet what your organisation needs, and can help wherever you are on your journey to increase inclusion, or if you don’t know where to start. We help you work out where you are in your journey, and work in partnership with you to make sustainable progress. We run inspiring events like our Conference, practical member events to share best practice and share what really works, and offer a range of training. We can help with outreach to attract more girls into STEM through to support with recruitment and progression of women, and we can help you track your progress.

Our My Skills My Life Role Model, the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM), are developing some nature career resources for 13-16 year olds. They are looking for some insights to help them with this development from teachers, careers advisors and those working in the education sector – if you can help, please complete their survey.
CIEEM is currently developing nature career resources for 13-16 year olds. Are you currently working directly or indirectly with this age group? Do you have opinions on the state of current resources and ideas for innovation? For our initial data collection we have devised a short survey, this should take you 5-10 minutes. Your answers will provide feedback that will help inform the next stage of the project. We value YOUR insights so, if you could pass this survey on to those you feel are working in this sector e.g. teachers, career advisors, community/engagement officers and others, that would be greatly appreciated. Take the survey now 👉 https://ow.ly/oI5K50SEmeO
