Last week we were delighted to take part in the Mindful Business Charter's annual conference in the UK. It’s rare that such an event connects so deeply with it’s audience, leaving us feeling inspired about the future of #mentalhealth and #wellbeing in the legal profession and deeply connected to the wider community. Sprinkled throughout the day were 5 minute practical sessions dedicated to refreshing micro moments of recovery. Reeva led the audience through techniques that restored and energised, whilst sharing the neuroscience behind each one. For our US based community, we’ll be joining MBC at their first summit in New York, on the 5th September.
