About us
Established in 1955, we are a leading mechanical and electrical building services engineering contractor operating throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. Employing over 160 staff, we have an outstanding reputation for the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of Electrical, Mechanical and Air Conditioning, Environmental and Process Engineering Services. Our customers include both public sector and private customers across the whole spectrum of industry, commerce, education, health, retail and leisure sectors. We focus solely on the design and delivery of a total M&E service. As a family owned Company, we are are proud of our tradition of employing, developing and retaining apprentices and some of our very best people joined the business through this route. We see our regular annual intake of apprentices as our investment in the longevity of the Company. Our philosophy is quite simply to do what we do, as well as we can and to work with our customers in a transparent and collaborative manner. Our own manufacturing facilities are used to good effect and wherever we can we strive to take risks, such as hot-work and manual handling, away from sites by prefabricating and modularising our installations, no matter what size and value they may be. We also have our own in-house ventilation ductwork manufacturing and installation business, Brankin Engineering. We work closely with designers and tackle co-ordination issues without equivocation because we know that, if done correctly, it takes time, cost and potential conflict out of our operations for the benefit of everyone.

We are very proud of Gavin Vaughan completing a bucket list challenge in memory of his late friend Neale. He will also be raising vital funds for Pancreatic Cancer. https://lnkd.in/e3cGYJ95
Round Ireland with Neale 🚤 Yesterday, Gavin Vaughan and the crew of the yacht ‘Toucan’ set off from Bangor Marina on the first leg of their epic 1,000-mile round trip around Ireland. This journey is in memory of the late Neale McCullough and aims to raise funds for NIPANC. Neale McCullough had just returned from a dream holiday to Egypt with his sons to celebrate his 60th birthday in November 2022. Shortly after, he began feeling unwell. Initially thought to be a virus, Neale was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on New Year’s Eve. Sadly, Neale passed away on February 10th, 2023. Neale and his long-time friend and crewmate Gavin had always wanted to circumnavigate Ireland but couldn’t due to family and work commitments. Neale's passing motivated Gavin to make this journey a reality. With Neale’s ashes on board, Gavin and his crew, including Neale’s sons Adam and Toby, will sail around Ireland, aiming to return to Bangor by the end of July. Follow their journey and read more on Neale’s blog: https://lnkd.in/eqhCf52d Gavin is pledging £1 for every mile covered, and any donations are welcome. Please support this cause by donating here: https://lnkd.in/e3cGYJ95 #SailingForACause #PancreaticCancerAwareness #InMemoryOfNeale 💜
