Yesterday, our TTS FM Security, Facilities & Cleaning Teams showcase our experience & service capabilities @ the Teeside EXPO Event. A great day was had by all, plenty of sales leads and engagement with prospect buyers. Proud to support local business initiatives. A globally known brand since 1894 starting out in South Shields in the Northeast and retains it’s incredible Northeast roots. TTS FM have had the privilege to support Barbour’s Security needs UK wide for the last fourteen years. Our Mobilisation Teams are taking on the challenge this week, providing highly trained Retail Security Officers under our experienced Operations Account Manager, Mike Chestney watch, deploying into two new Barbour store openings in Leeds and London City Centres. Yet another successful mobilisation meeting our client’s deadlines and satisfaction. Well done the TTS FM Mobilisation Team 👏👏👏

Steve Yellowley reports - Back in April of this year we reported a new Retail Security tender win with Dodds Brown Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants and the Dundas Shopping Centre in Northeast, Middlesbrough. Our client has been delighted with our Security Managment and teams performance and this lead to an automatic application into their Facility Managment and Cleaning Services need at the Centre, an open-market-tender programme. I am pleased to report that we have, secured the FM - Cleaning business and we mobilised yesterday the 2nd Sept 2024 and we are now are opening a dual Security and Cleaning service. Well done to the TTS FM Mobilisation Team headed up by our local Area Cleaning Supervisor, Dawn McIntosh 👏 👏👏

TTS FM’s Facilities Management Division picks up the Corporate Cleaning and Facilities Services with Cavendish House, Stockton-On-Tees’s latest tenant, Practice Plus Group Ltd. Sporting a number of UK Healthcare Call Centres partnering with the NHS across the UK, Practice Plus invests in Teesside and Stockton-On-Tees. We are delighted to secure this business via local customer recommendations, business end users including the Managing Agent for Cavendish House, Dodds Brown Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants. A swift mobilisation played out and services are, well underway. Well done 👏 👏👏 the TTS FM Mobilisation Teams.

Steve Yellowley reports - TTS FM secures American Air Filters Ltd’s FM - Cleaning contract in Cramlington, Northumberland. This morning it was a thumbs 👍 up from our client AAF Ltd taking over their In-House Cleaning services following an open market tender process. TTS FM have served AAF Ltd Security needs for now six years and the confidence in our brand has always been strong hence, our Cleaning Division scoops the tender award. Well done the TTS FM mobilisation team, delivered on time and always, every time 👏 🙌🙌

Steve Yellowley reports - TTS FM’s Events/Door Licence Supervisory Team successfully covered our 4th Barbour Ltd annual staff Party in the Park celebration’s last Friday 28th June in Bents Park, South Shields. Such events are often weather dependand and the Security Team experienced a rainly ☔️ start but thankfully the sun ☀️ shone when the guests arrived and throught the day. Managed by our two of our experienced Operations Account Managers, John Hall and Mike Chestney supported by Supervisor Mick Slater the event when without a hitch in a safe and secure deployment and to our clients satisfaction. Well done all TTS FM personnel involved 🙌🙌🙏

Duties include; customer service - front of house, security access & egress, contactor and visitor checks. Proactive internal and external patrolling protecting assets and the safeguarding of staff. The business was won following an open-market tendering process and our services mobilised today and, to our new clients satisfaction.
