We've quickly resolved a minor issue with a third-party library (LottieFiles) used for animations that impacted a small portion of our platform, with no compromise of TryHackMe personal data. To resolve the issue, we swiftly rolled back to version 2.0.4 of the LottieFiles library, which is unaffected by the vulnerability. This strategic rollback fully mitigated the problem, restoring normal functionality and ensuring continued security for our users. We are currently awaiting updates from the LottieFiles security team.
