    Big Thinking In digital builds and optimisations, often the most impactful updates happen behind the scenes (or the ‘back end’). At true, we make our big thinking tangible for our clients – so their platforms perform better and are more efficient. We recently completed a project to componentise our client, Cribbs' previously templated website.  This involved splitting the CMS into smaller, independent, and reusable components. An architectural approach that provides greater flexibility, scalability, and maintainability. What we did for Cribbs:  ✅ Upgraded Umbraco from v8 to v13  ✅ Developed wireframes and user stories  ✅ Applied componentisation where applicable  ✅ Created and implemented a front-end design solution  ✅ Implemented the design solution Made Real With subtle design changes that enhance the user experience, Cribbs now has a more modular, reusable, and scalable solution that has improved the efficiency of their CMS, and supports our client with the longer-term growth of their platform. Take a look here: https://lnkd.in/eEMbwXKG 📧 Want to find out more about componentising your site?     🏆🌻🏆 Congratulations to 'Cheers Ride' from true in Bristol, the winning team in The Grand Tour cycling challenge 2024! Chapeau to the Cheers Ride team of Nick Horne, Neil Perry, and Charles Thibault, who during the 23 days of the Tour de France, cycled a total of 1,311 miles (2,110 km)! In second place were The Three Wheelers from DNV, clocking up 1,066 miles (1,705 km), followed by the Offshore Peddlers, also from DNV, with 873 miles (1,404 km). Indeed, everyone who joined our challenge is a winner as collectively, the teams cycled an incredible 7,608 miles (12,244 km) in just 23 days. That's a 60% increase over the previous period. Not only did participants cycle substantially more, but they also boosted their overall activity and exercise levels by 44%. During the challenge, they collectively achieved: ⌛ 774 hours of activity and movement 🔥 731 activities and exercises ☀ 394 days with at least 20 minutes of activity 🏁 7,974 total miles travelled under their own steam Thank you to everyone for participating. All proceeds will be donated to our friends at Talk Club. We hope you enjoyed the challenge as much as we did and see you next year! The website, built on Optimizely, follows the example set by South West Water's site, which launched earlier this year. Both are owned by Pennon Group Plc. The focus has been on creating a less corporate, more modern, and human-centric design. The Big Thinking: 📍Refreshed colour palette and photography for a revitalised look and feel. 📍Greater emphasis on editorial content to share the stories of Bournemouth Water. 📍A more seamless customer journey with features like the triage tool for quick issue resolution and an improved easy-to-use account management platform.
