The Big Thinking: 📍Refreshed colour palette and photography for a revitalised look and feel. 📍Greater emphasis on editorial content to share the stories of Bournemouth Water. 📍A more seamless customer journey with features like the triage tool for quick issue resolution and an improved easy-to-use account management platform. Last week, we had the pleasure of attending E-commerce Unchained, hosted by our partners at true and Umbraco. The event covered a diverse range of topics about the future of Composable Commerce, providing valuable insights for our revenue acquisition strategies. Although I don’t consider myself a "traditional marketer," the sessions were incredibly enriching, offering transferable insights that we can apply to our industry. Here are some key takeaways: 🔹 Unlocking Composability: Rich McCloskey highlighted the transformative power of a flexible, modular approach in commerce. For us in financial services, this translates to creating tailored service packages that adapt to client needs, enhancing satisfaction and fostering growth. 🔹 Reclaiming Trust: Johnathan Gabay emphasized the critical role of trust in today’s 'post-truth' era. Just like in e-commerce, transparency and authenticity are vital for building and maintaining strong client relationships in our industry. 🔹 The Value of Emotion: Nick Horne and Steph Peschel shared insights on how emotions drive consumer behavior. By understanding these emotional triggers, we can better connect with our clients, making our services more appealing and trustworthy. 🔹 Essential Growth Tools: Filip Bruun Bech-Larsen and Matt Sutherland discussed the advantages of "Headless" and "Composability" in tech. Adopting these innovations can enhance our platforms' scalability and security, keeping us competitive in a dynamic market. 🔹 Overcoming Growing Pains: A panel discussion offered practical insights into scaling operations and managing client expectations. Learning from these experiences helps us navigate our own growth challenges, ensuring we keep our clients satisfied. We’re excited to attend future events and eager to start integrating these learnings into our workflows! #Ecommerce #ComposableCommerce #MarketingInsights #FinancialServices #ClientSatisfaction #TrustBuilding #ConsumerBehavior #TechInnovation #GrowthStrategies #BusinessDevelopment #IndustryInsights #Scalability #FutureOfCommerce
