“Thank you TrendBible for all of your hard work, professionalism and contributions to making the Understanding Kids sessions incredibly valuable for this year’s delegates at The Children’s Media Conference. Trend forecasting is so interesting and relevant to what the industry is discussing right now. Your insights offered our audience the opportunity to think about how to navigate the fast-forward effect in childhood from a unique perspective and in a fun and colourful way.” Meg Rhind, Producer, The Children’s Media Conference It was a privilege for our Head of Consultancy Laura Jolly Yan to present at The Children's Media Conference last week in addition to all the insightful takeaways gathered from all the sessions. It was also a pleasure to share the Understanding Kids stage with Barbie Clarke and Nyasha Nyamhondoro at Family Kids & Youth. Thank you to Greg Childs, Jacqui Wells Meg Rhind and Vickie O'Malley for your excellent support and feedback. We’ve really enjoyed working with you all this year. #CMC2024 #TheChildrensMediaConference #KidsTrends #FutureTrends #TheFutureofLifeatHome

TREND DIRECTOR APPOINTED // “I am immensely proud of our achievements to date and excited to shape what the future holds for TrendBible.” Newcastle-based trend forecasting agency TrendBible has appointed Naomi Pollard as trend director. Naomi first joined the agency in 2010 as an intern, progressing to freelance editor, senior trend strategist and then head of publications. Naomi's appointment comes on the back of a hugely successful period for the agency, with turnover expected to double by 2026. Having moved from printed trend publications to a digital trend subscription service during the pandemic, TrendBible has seen the number of subscribers to their platform soar to over fifteen thousand. The company now works with retailers and brands in over 20 countries and invested in its own offices on Leazes Park Road last summer, providing the platform for further expansion. Read more from Naomi and Joanna Feeley, TrendBible’s founder and chief executive, about the appointment, the importance of staff retention, and the growth of the agency: https://lnkd.in/eiwesMCk #NET #northeasttimes #businessnews #TrendBible #appointment #opportunities #businessgrowth #trendforecaster #futuretrends #makingconnections #drivingconversations

This is causing greater interactions between children, teens and older generations – with intergenerational and ‘ageless’ play at the forefront of these relationships. Enter the new era of ‘Kidult’ consumers. https://lnkd.in/euu9v5x4 #kidults #householdertrends #futuretrends #thefutureoflifeathome
