Happy International Women’s Day to all of the incredible women out there. Last year for International Women's Day we announced the launch of a workplace nursery scheme in the UK. This year, we are going further and we’re thrilled to announce some initiatives to celebrate and support the brilliant women in the #Tractable team 👶 Maternity Pay: We’re enhancing our support for mothers in the workplace by increasing maternity pay globally. Moving forward, it'll be 12 weeks fully paid and 24 weeks at half pay. 🚀 Accelerated Development Programme: We are launching a pilot program aimed at accelerating progression for high potential female staff by inviting them to take part in a 6 month dedicated mentoring programme. 🥇 Recognition: Throughout the day we will be celebrating women who have made an extraordinary impact at Tractable to ensure they get the recognition they deserve. These initiatives reflect our commitment to building an inclusive and equitable workplace. Happy International Women’s Day!
