See what they are doing and learn from it! ✔ Do invest in creative development and brilliant creative thinking. ✔Do try new things, media formats and creative messages, whilst keeping the overarching strategy consistent. ❌ Don’t lose your brand messaging when doing something different across different platforms. ❌ Don’t scrimp on audience research... you have to know who you are speaking to and where to find them. 📣 However, her rallying cry was to invest time in creative collaboration and get the creative and media agency in the room together from day one.
