⭐HB Feature⭐ Meet Ciaran Cassidy, Team Leader of the 24-Hour CCTV Monitoring and Support Team in our Loss Prevention department. 📹 ‘’My HB Career started back in 2013 when I was working as a Store Team Member in our now closed Lord Street location, I was on an 8-hour contract working over the weekend whilst in full time education. In due course this progressed into a full-time management role, working in several of our Liverpool stores (a special mention to the Kensington store 😊). I applied for an administrator vacancy within the Loss Prevention department in 2021. After a few years within the department, I was offered the opportunity to be the Team Leader for the 24-Hour Monitoring Support Team where I am today.   In my current role I lead a team of highly motivated colleagues who together, ensure the safety and security of our colleagues, property and products across the business and distribution centres. I oversee investigations that my team conduct and make sure my team have the support and resources they require. More recently I have been working alongside other departments and external customers to manage large projects and to land these successfully within the team. I’ve worked in Logistics all of my working life and have had some great opportunities during my career, but never more exciting than this one!
