Decoratively inspired by the intricate florals of the renowned Fabergé Imperial Eggs, the 24-kilogram sculpture is made of 69% Ritz bespoke Valrhona dark chocolate with individually handmade iced flowers. Celebrating International Women’s Day 2024 at The Ritz ✨ In honour of this year’s theme to #InspireInclusion, our resident illustrator, Kera Till, takes us back to when César Ritz first opened the hotel in 1906. The Ritz was the first hotel to welcome young, unmarried ladies to visit unchaperoned and so our Long Gallery was designed to be the width of two ladies’ voluminous dresses as they walk side by side to The Palm Court for afternoon tea.
