Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the inaugural Holomedicine & 5G Summit 2023 hosted at NUHS, Singapore. IMDA co-organized this event with The Holomedicine Association, led by National University Health System and GSMA APAC 5G Industry Community. The presentations were insightful, and I even had the unique experience of donning OT scrubs, immersing myself in the world of Mixed Reality technology in healthcare. It was fascinating to witness firsthand how the new 5G-enabled Holomedicine capabilities, leveraging advanced remote rendering on MR devices like Microsoft's HoloLens 2, are shaping the future of healthcare. And, of course, reconnecting with friends worldwide made the experience even more memorable! Congratulations, Dr. Yujia Gao, on the successful summit once again! 🎉👏 p.s. one of the highlights was hosting ✨Wonchul Cha and Meong Hi to a local zichar restaurant in Alexandra Village - any guesses where? 😂
