At the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts' Annual Awards of Excellence, held at Claridge's on 29th July, our talented team members achieved prestigious recognition. Lewis Maclean, Sous Chef, received the prestigious Annual Award of Excellence for Kitchen. Eleanor McCulloch, Demi Chef de Partie, not only earned the Annual Award of Excellence for Pastry but was also crowned Young Pastry Chef of the Year.
