🎉 We had an amazing time at our summer social on Friday, welcoming our wonderful volunteers to the centre! 🌞 It was a fantastic opportunity for volunteers, trustees, and staff to come together and connect as friends, both old and new. Is your workplace neurodiversity friendly? There are over 37 million adults in the UK of working age. Of that group, at least 20% have been diagnosed with a neurodivergent trait. With such a huge number, it is clear we must carefully consider how we accommodate those who have conditions such as autism, ADHD and dyslexia. Ensuring inclusivity allows for a more representative workforce, who can bring a multitude of talent and ideas. Do you strive for a more inclusive workplace? Increasing knowledge is key.
