After a busy start to summer, we finally had a moment in the office together so we took the opportunity to take a new team photo. We love it, so we couldn't wait to share it and introduce ourselves to you... Whether we've had the pleasure of working with you before or are looking forward to collaborating in the future, hello from Team Tactics! Here’s a little peek into our office life: · We go through about 150 cups of tea a week. · Our snack drawer is a biscuit shrine. (Milk Chocolate Digestives are our reigning favourite) · There’s always someone ready to break out into spontaneous song. · Dogs are always welcome. · Plus, we take immense pride in delivering 5* team building corporate events for our clients. That’s all for now. We would love to connect with you soon! #TeamTactics #TeamBuilding #CorporateCulture #EmployeeEngagement

“Amazing! It was such a great team building activity and it having such a fantastic purpose made the focus on the task better - best team building session ever.” We're so happy our 'Give a Helping Hand' activity had such a positive impact on your participants IFLP - Innovative Future Leaders Programme 💚
Our Series 6 participants recently had an “excellent & insightful” couple of days where “expectations were exceeded as always”. Our lead facilitator Sarah Winckless MBE, led on Managing Self, Feedback & the Chimp Paradox. She also held a session on Values, Beliefs & Purpose which led into time for participants to work on their individual business challenges they’re addressing for the sector or own organisations. Participants met the fascinating Professor Philip Bond who shared his insights of #innovation, #creativity and #success – from his experience that spans multiple domains including F1, Olympic sports technologies, sonar, and aerospace. This unique workshop also held the ‘Sponsors Surgery & Dinner’ where the participant’s Managers / Directors / MD’s / CEO’s joined us to share their #insights and #connect with each of our participants. We were thrilled to see how the Speed Mentoring and Co-Consulting between different participants and sponsors increased #collaboration opportunities by sharing experiences from different elements of the #construction sector. Participants got involved in a “powerful, meaningful and humbling” activity – Give a Helping Hand by Team Tactics. This was a powerful combination of team building and charity. In small groups, participants worked together to build a prosthetic hand for people in developing countries. This unique and innovative team building event required communication, patience, and collaboration to complete the build. Teams were encouraged to complete part of the build with only one hand per team member to further understand the significance of the task. This session enabled each team to make a real difference to people's lives. We received outstanding feedback… “Amazing! It was such a great team building activity and it having such a fantastic purpose made the focus on the task better - best team building session ever due to the fact its output is worthwhile.” With feedback such as “I am really enjoying this course - truly feel like it’s making a difference to me both at work and in my personal life. I like the way it’s building up and you can see golden threads through the session.” & “I’ve honestly been blown away by the workshops so far. Sarah, Will, you guys are great. Being able to be vulnerable, honest and valued is a great feeling.” – we can’t wait to start Series 7 in September. Contact [email protected] to find out how you can get involved. 🌍 Watts Sustainable Event at The Kia Oval with PwC! We recently hosted our Watts Sustainable event for PwC at The Kia Oval - Surrey County Cricket Club's impressive grounds. Engaging 400 participants required a variety of challenges and fun activities, and this event delivered! Beyond the team building buzz, our event also focused on our environmental impact, helping everyone become more consciously aware of sustainability. Thank you for sharing the photos Gabrielle de Azevedo, and to all the participants and our event team for making the day a success! 💚 #Sustainability #TeamBuilding #CorporateEvents #CarbonFootprint #PwC #TheOval #EventSuccess

Our first Team GB #TeamworkTip comes from Julia Louise Johnson, Event Planner and is inspired by GB track cyclist, Sophie Capewell, and the words of wisdom given to her by her late father and fellow cyclist, Nigel, who finished fourth at the Atlanta and Sydney Paralympics. Nigel urged Sophie not just to aim for bronze as he did, but to strive for more: “He bred that into me so we are not aiming for third, let’s put it that way!” Our lesson? 👉 Never approach a task with a limiting mindset or a pre-conceived belief around what you’ll be able to achieve. When you give your all and work together as a team you can break down boundaries in business and even surprise yourself! Last Friday, we attended the #ConfEventAwards2024. Here's a glimpse of our experience... Congratulations to all the winners and fellow nominees! Although we didn't walk away with an award, we reminded ourselves why we were nominated in the category of charity and positive change in the first place: In the first six months of 2024, together with our clients we have built and donated: 🚲 83 bicycles 🤝 356 prosthetic hands to children in Africa and India 🐶 24 wheelchairs for paralysed dogs We have also provided: 🍽 211 meals for homeless charities in London 🎒 Over 600 items of toiletries and home start packs for the homeless in Kent These are fantastic numbers, and we will continue to work with clients to make a positive impact on the community. To all the clients who made this happen, THANK YOU! And finally, thank you to the Global Conference Network Limited for a fantastic afternoon. Here's to next year! #Charity #Community #GivingBack #MakingADifference #Teamwork #ConfEventAwards #AwardsAwards
