“Life is easier with Sygna” This is a direct quote from our client, the main contractor, on a stylish 3-floor, Category B office fit-out, where our Major Projects division delivered CxM services to the project. From stunning interiors to its impressive view of St Paul’s Cathedral, this office treats the employees to a luxurious, yet practical and professional day-to-day experience. The Sygna Team provided the Commissioning Management of MEP services to a range of systems throughout the fit-out. We were successful in delivering the main contractor’s expectations and proved the value of engaging with commissioning as early as possible in a project. Please follow the link below to read more about Sygna’s role in the project. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dM7DHcWH We are grateful for the opportunity to demonstrate our passion and skill for commissioning management, and looking forward to continuing to deliver excellence across all of our projects! #commissioningmanagement #services #london #project

It's Coming Home - A Note To Our Clients & Colleagues ⚽ 🎉 In light of the exciting possibility of an England victory on Sunday, we’ve decided to allow our team to fully enjoy the celebrations. This is because we value the diverse backgrounds of our team and look forward to celebrating significant moments for all our colleagues. If England wins, our office will be closed on Monday morning. We believe it’s important to embrace this moment and celebrate, singing “Sweet Caroline” without worrying about Monday morning hangovers! For our construction site teams, where practical, a late start will be in effect, with meetings pushed to the afternoon. As always, our clients are a priority, so if you do have any urgent questions or queries come Monday morning, our team will still be monitoring emails and covering any unavoidable calls from home. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Let’s all stay safe and get behind the team! 🏴COME ON ENGLAND🏴

Events like this year's Datacloud Congress in Cannes help us share our expertise on what commissioning management can bring to data centre projects. With a decade of experience in providing Mission Critical facilities, its is important to us that we carry on improving and building upon our knowledge of the DC landscape, so that we evolve alongside the industry, and encourage successful collaborations. Thank you so much to everyone who met with our (very well dressed 😀 ) Managing Director Remi Portes and Operations Director Thomas Mitchell. They noted that an industry-wide issue that was frequently discussed, was the difficulty in delivering the pipeline, as the number of workers in the industry are struggling to meet the demand. They explored how we could all collaborate to approach this problem, and look forward to putting their ideas into motion. Is this an issue you have noticed in the DC world? What changes would you like to see in order to solve this? Comment below! #datacentres #commissioningmanagement
Merci Cannes, and a big thank you to everyone behind making Datacloud such a successful congress! 🙏 I had a wonderful time connecting with both familiar and new faces from within the industry. The data centre market is thriving, and it was incredible to see how the DC landscape is developing. We all recognise the challenges that are to be met in this space, but its great to see how we are all ready to collaborate and deliver excellence! Looking forward to the opportunities ahead and to making a difference! #DatacloudCongress2024 #DataCentre #Collaboration #commissioningmanagement #keepingTheWorldConnected

These are exciting times for Sygna! As many of you will be aware, in 2021, Commtech Asia and Logitek UK joined forces to become Sygna. This allowed the businesses to combine strengths and experience, forming a platform for growth. In 2023, in recognition of customer preferences, a strategic decision was taken to focus on regional service delivery, whilst continuing to provide unparalleled services to our clients in EMEA and APAC. December 2023 marked a significant step change for the business with the EMEA senior management team completing an exciting management buy-out of Sygna (EMEA). As part of our strategic refocus the APAC operation will now be reverting back to its original name, Commtech Asia, a name with a long history, widely recognized in the APAC region. Commtech Asia will trade independently from Sygna. Following the MBO, we at Sygna are on course for a record-breaking year and, under full ownership of our senior management team, look forward to continuing to grow our client relationships. We wish our APAC friends continued success under their new brand and you can find out more about their journey at https://lnkd.in/gAhdPG9d Learn more about how Sygna can support your project or the career opportunities across EMEA, by visiting our website at https://www.sygna.com/ #SygnaEvolution #LookingForward

Mental Health Awareness Week is here! Mark Platten, one of our most experienced Lead Commissioning Managers, is also a Mental Health First Aider, who is committed to raising awareness of mental health in the construction industry 💫 When asked what it means to be a Mental Health First Aider, Mark expressed the importance of being available for all parties to talk to, encouraging people to speak up (even if that means just grabbing a coffee to discuss problems outside of work), and having the knowledge to signpost someone to an organisation that can help, such as the Lighthouse Club. Mark shared with us his tips on checking in on your mental health, and how to sustain a positive mindset, daily: ☀ Stay active ☀ Acts of kindness - even if it's just offering someone a cup of tea, or making a point of saying thank you! ☀ Be present ☀ Keep an open mind - don't get caught up in the worst-case scenario! ☀ Surround yourself in nature - "Even a rainy day can be a lovely experience" Let's all stay committed to improving mental health in construction! #mentalhealthawarenessweek #construction
