This week is National Customer Service Week which is a great chance for us to celebrate our customer teams. We've invited people from across the business to shadow the customer support team and asked members of the team to take over our Instagram channels for the day. What have we learnt? They are passionate and knowledgeable. They care about our customers. They have an enormous sense of team. They hate having their photos taken... and they drink a lot (a lot) of coffee! To quote one of our shadowees, our Data Protection Manager at Cuckoo, "During my shadowing experience with Kieran, I was impressed by his calm and reassuring manner, which inspired trust and confidence, and made customers feel more at ease. His extensive knowledge allows him to provide quick and effective solutions to inquiries; often addressing the issue before presenting it."
