BNP Paribas has published a paper investigating the drivers and intricacies of #dispersion. Marex is eyeing the US structured note market, UBS rebranded three Credit Suisse ETNs, while a Dutch asset manager returned to the retail market after a 15-year absence. #structuredproducts #srp

Following the acquisition of Credit Suisse earlier this year, UBS has rebranded three covered call exchange-traded notes (#ETNs) that were issued under Credit Suisse, adding significant AuM to its existing ETRACS ETN platform. “The merger facilitated the meaningful addition of innovative products, and we are welcoming further investors to the integrated UBS ETNs platform,” Erica Yeu, global head of wealth management solutions structuring and Americas head of solutions structuring at UBS told #SRP. Zest is seeking to expand its footprint across markets in South America and the US where it has registered an issuance entity. The Peruvian #wealthmanagement specialist has agreed a strategic partnership with Brazil’s XP Inc. Wealth Services, which is aimed at expanding investors' access to international products and strengthening a new line of business targeted at multi-family offices (MFOs) and financial advisors. "This partnership marks an important milestone, as it is the first time that the XP Wealth Services platform has closed a deal to drive growth in Latin America," Arthur Silva, founder at Zest told #SRP.
