STEM equality is 50 years away! 🫢👩🏽🔬⚡️ At the current rate of change, we won’t see equal representation in STEM until the year 2070. This highlights the need for initiatives like STEM Women which host regular events aimed at empowering female students and recent graduates to enter the industry with confidence. 💪🏽 As someone who firmly believes that “diverse perspectives drive innovation”, I found it incredibly uplifting to see how the team embodied this mission by providing such strong support and fostering a positive atmosphere throughout. At the event, I had the opportunity to network with leading employers like Procter & Gamble, Accenture, Wiley, Capgemini and Teneo while gaining valuable insights from the presentations and engaging panel discussions on navigating challenges and seizing opportunities within STEM. I highly encourage women in the early stages of their STEM careers to participate in future events to gain insights and connect with likeminded people! Thank you Sophie Chadwick, Lauren Jenkins, Aldana Zenker, Yasmeen Gurung, Jodie Atterton (Murray), Ruby Ashcroft
