A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for Process Operators to join our facility on a fixed-term basis initially until 2027. Process Operators play a key role in our Operations Team and are responsible for carrying out operational duties within the South Hook LNG Terminal. This is a varied role, including monitoring the performance of static and rotating equipment (including pumps, compressors, loading facilities, basic maintenance, control systems etc. on a high technology cryogenic plant). Your commitment will ensure we meet the highest levels of safety, environment and quality control. The position works on a 5-shift pattern consisting of 12-hour rotation of days and nights. The successful candidate will be required to perform some lifting, work from heights with the capability of performing in a variety of different environments. Qualifications & Experience ✍ To be considered for this position, you will ideally have the following: ✔Good standard of general education ✔Relevant NVQ/City & Guilds/BTEC certificates, or equivalent ✔Completion of a Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation apprenticeship an advantage ✔Proven experience in plant operations or utilities in the oil or gas processing industry, you will have a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
