Ever felt guilty and proud at the same time? I have. I was delighted to be at RecFest UK yesterday for the 2nd time, but this time Solutions Driven were there to make a little more noise. Show people who we are, what we stand for, and why we’re More Than A Hiring Partner. But why was I guilty and proud? Those that know me, know I can be a bit of a control freak at times, want to be involved in things I probably shouldn’t be and want to have a comment on final touches. But I did zero in terms of the prep for the event yesterday and felt guilty as I have seen how much work has gone in behind the scenes. But I’m proud. Proud of the team we have at Solutions Driven, proud of the passion and commitment they have and how they represent our brand. Every day, on calls, in meetings and at events. It makes me realise how lucky I am. Shout out to the team who were there yesterday.
