easyJet launches a "Returnship" scheme for the over 50's to see what cabin crew work is like. The article from Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce tells the story of the scheme and how it's a succes for both the applicants and the airline. The last time they did this they saw the number of applicants over over double whilst more than 4 times of those over 60 applied. After a successful trial in 2023, Schiphol Amsterdam Airport - AMS will run a second 12 month trial of the autonomous wheelchair supplied by WHILL. Nice on London Gatwick Airport and Starbucks ! At the airport this morning and saw a Starbucks employee taking an order from a disabled gentleman whilst he sat in the Assisted Travel waiting area. Whether this is a service they offer or not, it's great to see Something we have talked about for many years and suggested to many operators so it's good to someone doing it. Well an eventful couple of days with the ACI EUROPE Facilitation meeting in Madrid.
