    🚁 Join the Skyhook Helicopters Team! 🚁 Job Title: Task Specialist (Ground Crew) Base Location: Fife Airport, Glenrothes KY6 2SZ ▶ ABOUT THE ROLE: Join our dedicated team as a Task Specialist (Ground Crew), where you will play a crucial role in delivering highly specialised helicopter underslung load lifting services. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a tight-knit team, working in diverse locations across the UK and Ireland. ▶ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ⭐ Execute precision lifting support and transportation tasks as part of complex aerial operations. ⭐ Maintain the highest standards of safety and precision under physically and mentally demanding conditions. ⭐ Drive pickups with trailers and fuel bowsers, often driving long distances to remote job sites. ⭐ Support various on-site operations, often requiring extended periods of overnight stays away from home during the week. ▶ IDEAL CANDIDATE: ⭐ Enthusiastic, safety-conscious, precise, with a strong work ethic. ⭐ Comfortable with extensive travel and capable of handling physically demanding tasks. ⭐ Previous experience in aviation or construction ground operations or similar fields is preferred but not required. ⭐ Holds a valid driver’s licence, preferably with experience driving large vehicles and towing trailers. ▶ OFFER: ⭐ Starting salary of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience. ⭐ Comprehensive training in heli load lifting provided (also ADR) to enhance your skills and knowledge. ⭐ Weekend overtime is sometimes required, compensated as either paid overtime or lieu days depending on project. ⭐ Attractive benefits package including private healthcare. ▶ INTERESTED?     🚁 Join the Skyhook Helicopters Team! 🚁 Job Title: Operations Support Coordinator (Part-time) Location: Fife Airport, Glenrothes. ▶ ABOUT US: Skyhook Helicopters is Scotland’s leading aerial lifting helicopter company. We are currently looking for a highly organised and adaptable person to join our team and continue our journey with us. This part-time position is office-based and will be perfect for individuals who excel in a dynamic work environment and who are looking for flexible working hours. ▶ WHAT YOU’LL DO: The type of tasks and responsibilities that this role will cover are many and varied so it is difficult to provide a full list, but here are some examples: ⭐ Find and organise accommodation around the UK for pilots and ground crews. ⭐ Coordinate complex travel logistics as needed, including booking of ferries requiring specific transportation of Dangerous Goods procedures. ⭐ Manage and reorder essential operational documents, such as tech logbooks, vehicle logbooks, fuel delivery books and fuel receipts. ⭐ Schedule and manage vehicle servicing, including taking pickups, vans and cars for maintenance appointments. ⭐ Manage booking of base pool/site surveying vehicle and tracking of usage. ⭐ Order necessary vehicle supplies such as AdBlue and manage our Jet A1 fuel orders and deliveries to our base and alternative location in western Scotland. ⭐ Arrange for electrical testing and other general maintenance activities at the base. ⭐ Maintain and organise the stationery cupboard and other office supplies. ⭐ Handle key duplications and manage key inventory. ⭐ Keep track of crew clothing inventory and manage the ordering of new items as required. ⭐ Perform other general administrative tasks and odd jobs as needed to support base operations. ▶ WHAT WE NEED: ⭐ Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role (not necessarily in the aviation sector). ⭐ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. ⭐ Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously. ⭐ Good communication and interpersonal skills. ⭐ Proficiency in common office software and basic computer apps. ⭐ Clean British driving licence. ▶ WORK HOURS AND FLEXIBILITY: ⭐ The role is currently part-time, requiring approximately 15-20 hours per week. ⭐ Flexible work hours, which may vary depending on daily operational needs and time of year.
