Senior Architect & Associate required with multi-unit residential experience £50,000 - £62,000 EC London We are keen to speak with talented Architects for these positions.  Through previously working with this company we can confidently convey that those we have represented to this client previously have been super impressed. We are partnering with a mid-sized, design-focused commercial architecture practice in London that specialises in medium to large-scale residential mixed-use projects. They are currently looking to fill a couple of significant positions.This practice manages a diverse portfolio, from 200-unit residential schemes to their largest project, which includes 950 units. They are actively engaged in projects at various RIBA stages, overseeing them from inception to completion. They are seeking talented architects with proven experience in project delivery. They are also open to candidates with experience across all stages, provided they are comfortable with project delivery and can serve as strong all-rounders. The available positions are for a Senior Architect and an Associate Architect. Applicants should have experience with tall residential buildings and be able to integrate into the team to manage a 28-storey project. The Senior Architect role offers the potential for progression to Associate level. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration within the close-knit team, as well as the ability to communicate clearly with consultants and contractors. Successful candidates will work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth project execution and will have supervisory responsibilities over less experienced team members. Architectural Technologist - Revit - Full time or part time £40,000 - £50,000/pro rata SW London    We are representing a growing company in London looking to hire a talented Architectural Technologist with extensive experience on UK projects. Our client specialises in residential-led mixed-use projects for developer clients and is actively hiring for a 40-unit residential apartment/mixed-use scheme in South West London. They typically work on 2-3 projects of this scale each year, alongside handling smaller projects and managing 2-3 projects at the planning stage across all RIBA stages. They are open to full-time employees or part-time positions (minimum three days a week).
