Last month, Sessions once again, for the third year running - renewed our commitment to paying the 'Real Living Wage' as a minimum, no matter the age of our employee vs the 'National Minimum Wage'. Ivan Ramen is renowned as one of the best Ramen restaurants in the world, drawing international acclaim and visitors from across the globe. We were delighted to have Ivan Orkin and his team, at Sessions HQ with us this week - cooking up something exciting. NEW BRAND ALERT! Rudi’s - developed and incubated by Sessions, is the brainchild of our very own Danny Staples - Executive Chef of Shelter Hall. Having conceived the idea after the birth of his son (Rudi), Sessions supported the brand from ideation to concept development and Rudi's is now set to go live in 5 locations across the UK as well as launching at Shelter Hall. Danny has a wealth of experience including having worked the festival and event circuit, this time in his career inspired him to set out to create the perfect big flavour burger!! #burgers #food #sessions

Backyard Chicken, a local gem in Bristol, is reignited in partnership with Sessions. Headed up by the former executives of Jamie's Italian; Simon Blagden and Jules Hunt and powered by Sessions - Backyard Chicken’s globally inspired fried chicken dishes are full of flavour and dedicated to delivering tasty and flexible menus.
