Job fraud on the rise: the new recruitment challenge The rise in hybrid and remote working has unfortunately led to a surge in job fraud, with some individuals secretly taking on multiple full-time roles. This practice is causing significant challenges for employers and recruiters. This week we were delighted to have Bethanne Boshell join our Derby office for work experience! Bethanne wanted to experience a true office environment to figure out how things operate and understand the type of workplace she will join in the future, as her education and career progresses. Throughout the week, she has been able to assist one of our Professional Services teams and the Housing & Property Services division, helping to ensure that we have a smooth transfer onto our new system! It has been our absolute pleasure to have Bethanne on board and we wish her all the best of luck for the future!
